In the last few months i wanted to rationalize services’ structures we use and project everyday, but it was difficult for me to summarize them.
Since 2007 we have had the opportunity to measure us with a lot of little novelties and some new services’ models that every time were reinventing scenarios we can build online service with.
This continuous evolution made it difficult for me to summarize these models but now we are in a quiet interval and i decided to try.
We can outline two general tendencies:
- to integrate or be integrated with other services;
- to be always available on every channel.
These tendences caused a technical and planning infrastructure’s destructuration and the possibility of being avalaible in different shapes.
